We’ve been servicing and repairing appliances in Louisville since 1978.

Unfortunately No. Due to the nature of in-home services exact times are nearly impossible. We will give you an estimated time-frame and/or we can “call to meet”. “Call to meet” means we can call you on your cell phone or work phone when we are on the way. This saves you the waiting around time if we run into a problem on the jobs before yours.

We accept Cash, Check, and most major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

We offer a 30 day warranty which covers the service call (diagnosis of the problem and estimate of the repair). And a 90 day warranty on labor when we make the repairs.

Most brands also have a 90 day parts guarantee. Whirlpool and GE have a 1 year part guarantee on parts.
